Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Wildkind Social Club ("the club", "we", "us"), operated by Wildkind Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By joining or using our service, you agree to these terms.
Membership
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to join Wildkind Social Club. By signing up, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
What you get
- One credit per month to book an experience
- Access to our full calendar of curated social experiences
- A Wildkind Host at every experience to welcome you and facilitate connections
- Unused credits carry over to the next month (maximum 2 credits at any time)
Membership fee
Membership costs £50 per month, billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically on the 1st of each month.
Billing
When you join
We use a fair billing system so you're never charged twice in quick succession:
- Join on or before the 21st: You're charged immediately and receive a credit for the current month. Your next bill is the 1st of the following month.
- Join after the 21st: You're charged immediately and receive a credit for the following month. Your next bill is the 1st of the month after that.
Payment method
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. It's your responsibility to keep your payment details up to date.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we'll notify you and retry. If we can't collect payment after several attempts, your membership may be paused or cancelled.
Cancellation
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime through your account settings. There's no lock-in period and no cancellation fee.
What happens when you cancel
- Your membership continues until the end of your current billing period
- You can still use any remaining credits and attend booked experiences
- Any unused credits are saved to your account — they're held for you and will be waiting if you rejoin later
- Outside the 14-day cooling-off period set out below, we don't offer cash refunds for partial months or unused credits
Your 14-day right to cancel
Because you join Wildkind Social Club online, you have a statutory right to cancel your membership within 14 days of joining without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
What you'll get back: a full refund of your initial membership payment, provided you haven't already used your benefits. For our purposes, “using your benefits” means enrolling in an experience or social during the cooling-off window. If you've enrolled in something we may, at our discretion, refund less the value of the benefits you've received.
How to exercise this right: email us at office@wildkind.co.uk within 14 days of joining and tell us you'd like to cancel under the cooling-off period. You don't need to use any specific form, but if you'd prefer to, you can use the model cancellation form below.
When you'll be refunded: we'll process your refund within 14 days of you telling us, to your original payment method.

Experiences

- Use your monthly credit to book any available experience
- Bookings are first-come, first-served
- Some experiences have capacity limits
Cancelling a booking
- More than 48 hours before: Full credit refunded
- Less than 48 hours before: Credit is not refunded
We understand things come up. If you have exceptional circumstances, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Not showing up
If you don't attend a booked experience without cancelling, you won't receive a credit refund. Repeated no-shows may result in membership review.
Experience changes
Occasionally we may need to change, reschedule, or cancel an experience due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we'll notify you and refund your credit.
Code of conduct
Our community works because everyone treats each other with respect. We expect members to:
- Be friendly and welcoming to others
- Respect boundaries and personal space
- Follow venue rules and host instructions
- Not harass, discriminate against, or make others uncomfortable
- Not attend experiences while intoxicated
We reserve the right to remove anyone from an experience or terminate membership if behaviour is inappropriate or makes others feel unsafe.
Safety and responsibility
Your responsibility
You participate in experiences at your own risk. You're responsible for assessing whether an activity is suitable for you, considering your health, fitness, and any conditions you may have. If unsure, consult a medical professional before participating.
Our responsibility
We carefully vet our venues and activity providers, and our hosts are trained to ensure experiences run smoothly. However, we can't guarantee that experiences will be free from all risks.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in experiences, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Photography, filming and media
We frequently capture photos and video at our experiences for marketing, social media, editorial and promotional use. By attending an experience, you agree that:
- You may be photographed, filmed or recorded (including audio) at the experience
- You grant Wildkind Ltd a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to use, edit, reproduce, publish and distribute that material in any medium — including marketing, social media, websites, press and editorial — without further notice, approval or payment to you
- This licence covers your image, likeness, voice and any contributions you make during the experience
- We will not sell or licence your individual image to a third party for that third party's own commercial use without your separate consent
If you would prefer not to be featured, please let your host know at the start of the experience and email office@wildkind.co.uk so we can flag it on your account. We'll do our best to keep you out of shots, but we can't guarantee you won't appear incidentally in wider-angle or group footage.
Members and guests must not film or photograph other attendees without their consent, and must not publish material that identifies other members without their permission.
Find your photos (optional face matching)
We offer an optional feature that uses facial recognition to find photos and videos of you from experiences you attend, so you can view and download them from your dashboard. If you choose to use it:
- It only works if you opt in by uploading a reference photo of yourself and giving your explicit consent — it is never on by default
- Your reference photo is used solely to find you in event photos and videos. It is not shown to other members and is not used for marketing
- You can turn the feature off at any time from your photos page, which permanently deletes your reference photo, your face data and your matched photo list
- Choosing not to use it doesn't affect your membership in any way — event photos remain available through the club as normal
Full details of how this works, what we store and for how long are in our Privacy Policy.
Your account
- Keep your login details secure and don't share your account
- Memberships are personal and non-transferable
- Keep your contact information up to date so we can reach you
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently
Changes to terms or pricing
We may update these terms or our pricing from time to time. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any significant changes. If you don't agree with the changes, you can cancel before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
