Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 July 2026
Wildkind Social Club ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Wildkind Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are committed to protecting your personal data and being transparent about what we collect and how we use it.
This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our website and membership service at club.wildkind.co.uk.
What we collect
Account information
- Email address (required for your account)
- First and last name
- Phone number (for booking reminders via SMS and WhatsApp)
- Date of birth (we require members to be 21 or over)
- City (to show relevant experiences)
- Pronouns (optional, to help hosts address you correctly)
Membership and booking data
- Experience bookings and cancellations
- Attendance records
- Feedback you provide about experiences
- Your availability preferences (days and times that suit you)
Photos, videos and face matching (optional)
Hosts photograph and film experiences, and this media may include you (see our Terms of Service for how event media is used). Separately, we offer an optional "find your photos" feature. If — and only if — you opt in with your explicit consent, we collect:
- A reference photo of your face that you upload
- A face template (a mathematical representation of your face, not an image) created from that photo by Amazon Rekognition, stored in the EU (Ireland). This is biometric data, which UK law treats as special category data — that's why we only process it with your explicit consent
- Your match results — the list of event photos and videos you appear in
Your reference photo and face template are used solely to find you in event media. They are never shown to other members, never used for marketing, never used to train AI models, and never shared beyond Amazon Web Services acting as our processor. If you withdraw (one tap on your photos page, or email us), your reference photo, face template and match list are permanently deleted. Faces detected in event photos of people who haven't opted in are not linked to any identity.
Payment information
We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Stripe handles your payment information securely and shares with us only the information needed to manage your subscription (such as payment status and the last four digits of your card for reference).
Usage data
- Pages you visit and features you use
- How you found us (campaign tracking via UTM parameters)
- Device and browser information
- IP address
How we use your information

- To send you booking confirmations, reminders, and important updates
- To help our hosts welcome you by name at experiences
- To process your subscription payments
